# Connect an AI agent to CukaiMax

The CukaiMax Tax Authority is a public, read-only MCP server for source-linked Malaysian individual tax research. Pair it with the installable skill so the agent also follows CukaiMax's release, citation, privacy, and review workflow.

No API key is required. Requests are limited to 120 per minute per client. Use synthetic data with the public draft tool; do not send taxpayer names, identification numbers, receipts, or account data.

## Give the installation to your agent

## One-command install

Install the skill and MCP connection for Codex:

Codex is also the installer default, so the final arguments may be omitted. Use
`sh -s -- --claude` for Claude Code or `sh -s -- --all` for both clients. The
script does not overwrite an existing Codex config; it appends the named server
only when missing.

Every authority tool returns a privacy-safe `audit` event. Reuse a stable run
ID, increment the sequence, and pass the prior event ID when you need a chained
record of which release, rules, and official source versions produced an

The public MCP can be registered as a custom MCP connection in ChatGPT

Choose no authentication. The public OpenAI plugin combines the same MCP with
the CukaiMax skill and starter prompts. Until its public directory review is

## Supported scope

- YA2025 Form BE: cited authority plus deterministic draft compiler.
- YA2025 Form B on the public MCP: source-verified cited authority and preparation-readiness checks that never report filing readiness.
- YA2026: seven source-verified planning changes; no filing fields until HASiL publishes official forms and explanatory notes.
- Each release keeps an explicit review state and capability boundary. Source verification is CukaiMax's review of official material, not HASiL approval.
- No tool submits a return to MyTax.
